I received my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the prestigious Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington and am a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Washington. We also use the title Naturopathic Doctor.

It is my joy as an ND to help stressed out tech professionals unwind stress related illness that shows up as low energy, disturbed sleep, disordered metabolism, lack of focus and creativity.

My practice focus is endocrinology and it is this system that underlies these symptoms of chronic stress: thyroid, adrenal and male and female hormone management. .
